"Rae", as known to friends and family, was born in southern California. She moved with her family to Pennsylvania in 1980. Always the artist at heart, as a child she adorned her mother's fridge with colorful pictures of birds.  Formerly a 3rd class Petty Officer with the US Navy she traveled to many parts of the globe...consequently, a fascination with all of nature's beauty has always been the focus of her artists eye.  Currently employed as an EFDA dental assistant in the Lancaster area, all spare daylight hours are spent in pursuit of that perfect shot.   In 2010 her camera lens will be turned on The Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon & Zion National Park.  "Art is all around us, it all depends on your perspective."
